Billing questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription without a minimum term. You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
- What happens to my scan history if I downgrade?
- Your history remains readable. Free-tier retention of 7 days applies again for new scans.
- Do you offer team plans?
- Team and organization plans are in preparation. Until then, multiple Pro seats can be purchased individually.
- Is the desktop app included in Pro?
- Yes. The desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux (Debian) is in development and will be available exclusively on the Pro plan. It processes files entirely on your device and works without an internet connection. There is no release date yet.
